Analisis Motivasi Kerja Pegawai (Studi Kasus Pegawai Negeri di Kantor Camat Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjungbalai)

Abstract

To find out whether the work motivation will affect the performance of employees in the district office Sei Tualang Raso Tanjungbalai city and which factors influence the work motivation on the performance. This research was conducted in the office of sub district Sei Tualang Raso Tanjungbalai city by using a kind of qualitative approach method. There is a positive and significant influence between the Motivation of Performance of Civil Servant Employees at the subdistrict office of Sei Tualang Raso sub-district of Tanjungbalai city.The comfort of the work environment will motivate employees to work better. Existing boss is expected to always direct the efforts of this sub ordinates to fit the expected.
