dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan moril kerja dengan disiplin kerja pada pegawai/ aparatur pemerintahan SKPD Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan Kota Medan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala disiplin kerja, skala gaya kepemimpinan dan skala moril kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negera SKPD Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dan jumlah sampel adalah 86 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan moril kerja dengan disiplin kerja (Freg = 52,647, R2= 0,559 dan p = 0,000), 2) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja (rx1y = 0,627 dan p < 0,01), dan 3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara moril kerja dengan disiplin kerja terdapat (rx2y = 0,697 dan p < 0,01). | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership style and work morale with work discipline on the employee / government apparatus SKPD Medan Medan Tuntungan Sub district. The data collection instrument used was the scale of work discipline, the scale of leadership style and work morale scale. Population in this research is all Civil Apparatus of State Court of SKPD Medan Tuntungan District. The sampling technique used samples saturated and the number of samples was 86 people. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed: 1) There was a significant positive relationship between leadership style and work morale with work discipline (Freg = 52,647, R2 = 0,559 and p = 0,000); 2) there was a significant positive relationship between leadership style and work discipline (rx1y = 0.627 and p < 0.01); and 3) There was a significant positive relationship between work morale and work discipline (rx2y = 0.697 and p < 0.01). | en_US |
