Abstract: | The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship of job satisfaction and organizational climate with organizational commitment on the teacher’ of Yayasan Pendidikan Singosari Deli Tua, formulation of the problem is a relationship of job satisfaction with organizational commitment, whether there is a relationship of organizational climate with organizational commitment, and whether there is a relationship of job satisfaction and organizational climate with organizational commitment. The sample in this research were taken 90 teachers. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling Technique. Collected data used is scale, scale of job satisfaction, scale of organizational climate and scale of organizational commitment. Data analysis method used is Multiple regression analysis. The results show that 1). There is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction with organizational commitment which seen from linearity coefficient value (Rx1.y) = 0.500 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, It means there is a positive relationship of job satisfaction to organizational commitment. Subsequently 2). There is a significant positive relationship of organizational climate to organizational commitment which seen from the linearity coefficient value (Rx2.y) = 0.707 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, It means there is positive relationship of organizational climate with organizational commitment. 3). There is a significant positive relationship of job satisfaction and organizational climate with organizational commitment seen from linear coefficient value (Rx1.x2.y) = 0.741 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, It means there is a positive relationship of job satisfaction and organizational climate with organizational commitment. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi guru pada Yayasan Pendidikan Singosari Delitua, rumusan masalah yang diajukan adalah apakah ada hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi, apakah ada hubungan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi dan apakah ada hubungan kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Model pengumpulan data menggunakan skala, yaitu skala kepuasan kerja, skala iklim organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya 1). Ada hubungan positif signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi yang dilihat dari nilai koefisien linieritas (Rx1.y) = 0.500 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Kemudian 2). Ada hubungan positif signifikan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi yang dilihat dari nilai koefisien linieritas (Rx2.y) = 0.707 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. 3). Ada hubungan positif signifikan kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi yang dilihat dari nilai koefisien linieritas (Rx1.x2.y) = 0.741 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. |
