dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan jawaban terhadap perumusan masalah yakni untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Inkubator Bisnis Dalam Pelaksanaan Pembinaan UMKM Melalui Program UKM Tenant (Studi Kasus Cikal USU). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. UKM Tenant merupakan salah satu prinsip kerja yang di pegang oleh penyelenggara Inkubasi dengan membina Tenant (Usaha Binaan) yang diwujudkan dalam sebuah program yaitu UKM Tenant dimana para pelaku UMKM yang telah terdaftar akan mendapatkan binaan oleh penyelenggara (Inkubator Bisnis) mulai dari perencanaan hingga pemasaran produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cikal USU dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan program UKM Tenant efektif melalui dua pendekatan yang dilakukan selama penelitian yaitu : (1). Pendekatan Sasaran (Goal Approach) di ukur melalui (a). Kemampuan berlaba : kegiatan workshop, expo, dan pameran meningkatkan keuntungan di dukung dengan kegiatan pelatihan baik dari Cikal USU maupun pihak luar. (b). Pencarian sumber daya : Cikal USU sebagai organisasi penyelenggara program UKM Tenant telah mencapai tujuannya untuk mengembangkan tergantung pada penilaian Cikal USU apakah UKM tersebut sudah mandiri atau belum. (2). Pendekatan Proses (Process Approach) melalui berbagai indikator internal organisasi (a). Produktivitas : Cikal USU mempunyai SOP dalam program UKM Tenant yang telah dilaksanakan. (b). Kemampuan adaptasi atau fleksibilitas: Alumni UKM binaan Cikal USU belum siap menghadapi MEA. (c). Kepuasan kerja: Cikal USU sebagai penyelenggara program UKM Tenant melakukan pendekatan kekeluargaan dengan UKM.Berdasarkan penelitian, saran yang dapat peneliti sarankan sebagai berikut : (a). Memperkuat hubungan dengan pihak-pihak terkait dan asosiasi Tenant binaanya dan alumni UKM Tenant. (b). Menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang tepat, sesuai kebutuhan UKM Tenant. (c). Memprioritaskan pembanggunan mindset Tenant dalam proses pembinaan. (d). Meramaikan Cikal Mart dan menambahkan produk-produk yang di pajang dalam Cikal Mart.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to provide answers to the formulation of the problem, namely to find out the Effectiveness of Business Incubators in the Implementation of UMKM Development through the Tenant SME Program (Case Study for USU). The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Tenant UKM is one of the working principles held by the incubation organizer by fostering Tenant (Fostered Business) which is realized in a program, namely Tenant UKM where the registered UMKM actors will get fostered by the organizer (Business Incubator) from planning to product marketing . The results showed that USU's embryo in the implementation of fostering the Tenant SME program was effective through two approaches carried out during the study, namely: (1). The Goal Approach is measured through (a). Profitability: workshops, expos, and exhibitions increase profits supported by training activities from Cikal USU and outside parties. (b). Resource search: USU's Cikal as the organization organizing the Tenant SME program has achieved its goal of developing depends on the USU Cikal's assessment of whether the SMEs are independent or not. (2). Process Approach through various internal indicators of the organization (a). Productivity: Cikal USU has an SOP in the Tenant SME program that has been implemented. (b). Adaptability or flexibility: USU's Cikal SME alumni are not ready to face the MEA. (c). Job satisfaction: Forerunner to USU as the organizer of the SME Tenant program takes a familial approach with SMEs. Based on research, suggestions that researchers can suggest are as follows: (a). Strengthening relations with related parties and associations of its Tenant builders and Tenant SME alumni. (b). Provide the right facilities and infrastructure, according to the needs of UKM Tenant. (c). Prioritizing tenant mindset development in the coaching process. (d). Enliven the Cikal Mart and add products that are on display in the Cikal Mart.en_US
