dc.description | Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kota Subulussalam belum dilaksanakan sesuai standar nasional Pendidikan Agama Islam, yang berarti pula bahwa pelaksanaan pembimbingan guru Pendidikan Agama Islambelum terlaksana dengan baik. Keadaan tersebut juga menjadi gambaran bahwa Peraturan Menteri Agama No. 2 Tahun 2012 belum dapat memperbaiki kinerja pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pengawas bagi guru binaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menganalisis Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia No 02 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengawas Madrasah dan Pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kota Subulussalam, dan untuk menganalis kinerja pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islamdi Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kota Subulussalam.Informan penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling.Teknik Pengumpulan Data yangdigunakan melalui wawancaradan observasi. Teknik Analisa Data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah teknikanalisa data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Menteri Agama RI No. 02 Tahun 2012 dalam hal komunikasi dan struktur birokrasi telah berhasil dilaksanakan pada Kantor Kemenag Subulussalam, tetapi belum sepenuhnya berhasil dilaksanakan dalam hal sumber daya dan disposisi.Pelaksanaan Peraturan Menteri Agama RI No. 02 Tahun 2012 sering mengalami kendala di lapangan karena kondisi yang dihadapi kurang mendukung dalam penerapannya sehingga kebijakan lebih lanjut bisa menjadi kurang sejalan dengan peraturan yang diimplementasikan. Ketersediaan dana untuk pelaksanaan pengawasan Pendidikan Agama Islam masih tergolong kurang. Pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islamjuga kurang aktif dalam keorganisasian, khususnya organisasi profesi pengawas, serta kurang berkomitmen terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pengawasan. Kinerja pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islamtelah meningkat dalam hal penyusunan program pengawasan dan pelaporan pelaksanaan pengawasan, tetapi kinerja pengawasi Pendidikan Agama Islam belum berhasil meningkat dalam hal pelaksanaan pengawasan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Junior High School Islamic Education in Subulussalam City has not been implemented according to the national standard of Islamic Education, which also means that the implementation of Islamic Education teacher guidance has not been implemented properly. This situation also illustrates that Minister of Religion Regulation No. 2 of 2012 has not been able to improve the performance of Islamic Education supervisors in carrying out their duties as supervisors for assisted teachers. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Minister of Religion Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No 02 of 2012 concerning Madrasah Supervisors and Islamic Religious Education Supervisors at Subulussalam City Junior High School, and to analyze the performance of Islamic Religious Education supervisors in Subulussalam Municipality Middle School. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used through interviews and observation. Data Analysis Techniques used in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of RI Minister of Religion Regulation No. 02 of 2012 in terms of communication and bureaucratic structure has been successfully implemented at the Subulussalam Ministry of Religion, but has not been fully successful in terms of resources and disposition. Implementation of RI Minister of Religion Regulation No. 02 of 2012 often experiences obstacles in the field because the conditions faced are less supportive in its implementation so that further policies can become less in line with the regulations implemented. Availability of funds for the implementation of supervision of Islamic Education is still relatively low. Islamic Education Supervisors are also less active in organization, especially supervisory professional organizations, and are less committed to carrying out supervisory duties. The performance of Islamic Education supervisors has increased in terms of the preparation of supervision and reporting programs for the implementation of supervision, but the supervisory performance of Islamic Education has not succeeded in increasing in terms of implementing supervision. | en_US |
