Analisis Respon Masyarakat Terhadap Pelaksanaan Reses DPRD Kota Medan Tahun 2016 Dalam Penetapan Kebijakan Publik (Studi Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Medan Helvetia Kota Medan)

Abstract

Recess is the visit of the members of the Council to Dapil respectively met with constituents in order to accommodate the aspirations of the people and responsible for following up these aspirations through government policy. Implementation of recess in district Medan Helvetia seen from another Sub Sub Helvetia is the lowest town in keikut community in the program an accompaniment that is as many as 54 people community. The purpose of this research is to know the Response of the community towards the implementation of the programme of LEGISLATIVE Recess Medan city 2016 in the determination of public policies (Studies On Medan Helvetia). This research is descriptive research type which belongs to aims to describe about response Program participants Pelaksamaam Recess. The population in this study as many as 54 people where the respondent is the entire society that is present in the execution of the recess in district Medan Helvetia. Based on data analysis, Participants ' responses can be summed up the implementation of the Program at Recess Medan Medan Helvetia category value Perception Scale Liker0,61. Attitude indicator with Likert Scale value 0.92, and categories of participation with the value of the scale Likert 0.83. Then the total overall average value response participants implementation of LEGISLATIVE recess Medan is the positive value of 0.78.
