dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1. Apakah jaminan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualiatas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Provsu 2. Apakah insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualiatas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Provsu 3. Apakah jaminan sosial dan insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualiatas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Provsu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai padakantor biro sumberdayamanusia poldasumatera utara sebanyak 50 orang pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling maka didapatkan sampel pegawai sebanyak50 orangpegawai dengan α atau alpha 0,05. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penyusunan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan instrumen :Studi dokumentasi dan wawancara (interview), dan angket (kuesioner). Dalam menganalisis data penulismenggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t)dapat disimpulkan bahwa jaminan sosial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 4,117 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000< 0,05. Insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 9,278 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000< 0,05. Sedangkanuntukhasilujisimultan (uji F) dapatdisimpulkanbahwa jaminan sosial dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana positif ditunjukkanen_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine: 1. Whether social security has a significant positive effect on the quality of employment of employees in the Medan city revenue office 2. Is the incentive a significant positive effect on the quality of employment of employees in the Medan city revenue office Significantly positive for the quality of employee work at the Medan City Revenue Service Office. The population in this study were employees at the North Sumatra Regional Police Human Resources Bureau as many as 50 employees. Sampling using total sampling technique then obtained samples of employees as many as 50 employees with α or alpha 0.05. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses the instrument: documentation and interview studies, and questionnaires. In analyzing the data the writer uses classical assumption test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that social security has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Where positive is indicated by a value of 4.117 and is significantly indicated by 0.000 <0.05. Incentives have a significant positive effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by a value of 9,278 and is significantly indicated by 0,000 <0,05. While for the results of simultaneous tests (F test) it can be concluded that social security and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is indicateden_US
