dc.description | Guru dinggap memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan mulia di tengah – tengah siswa. Ungkapan bahwa guru adalah pahlawan tanpa tanda jasa mengekspresikanpentingnya peran tersebut. Sejak berdirinya Negara Indonesia pandangan resmi Negara peretama kali mengenai guru tertuang dalam Undang – Undang No.4/1950 tentang dasar- dasar pendidikan dan pengajaran di sekolah untuk seluruh Indonesia. Komunikasi Interpersonal merupakan kegiatan yang sangat demikian dalm kehidupan sehari – hari , namun tidaklah mudah memberikan definisi yang dapt diterima semua pihak. Tugas Guru tidak hanya pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas, tetapi juga melakukan bimbingan di luar kelas, khususnya mengatasi kesulitan – kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa , baik kesulitan mengenai pelajaran ataupun masalah psikologisnya yang diperolehnya dari luar, seperti keluarga dan teman pergaulan. Proses belajar mengajar antarguru dan siswa merupakan salah satu contoh bentuk komunikasi sehari – hari. Komunikasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses belajar mengajar salah satunya yaitu mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penilitian dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai: 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru BP dalam menangani siswa – siswa bermasalah. 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Guru BP dalam menangani siswa yang bermasalah. 3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiman langkah – langkah Guru BP dalam menangani siswa bermasalah. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Teacher has a very important and noble role among students. The phrase that the teacher is an unsung hero expresses the importance of that role. Since the establishment of the State of Indonesia, the official view of the State of the Republic of Indonesia was first of all about teachers stipulated in Law No.4 / 1950 on the basics of education and teaching in schools for all of Indonesia. Interpersonal communication is a very similar activity in daily life, but it is not easy to provide a definition that can be accepted by all parties. The task of the teacher is not only in teaching and learning activities in the classroom, but also doing guidance outside the classroom, especially overcoming difficulties faced by students, both difficulties regarding learning or psychological problems they get from outside, such as family and friends. The teaching and learning process between teachers and students is one example of a form of daily communication. Communication has a very important role in the teaching and learning process one of which is achieving educational goals. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method. This research aims as: 1. This study aims to find out the BP Teachers Interpersonal Communication techniques in dealing with problem students. 2. This study aims to determine the role of BP Teachers in dealing with students with problems. 3. This study aims to find out how the steps of the BP teacher in dealing with problem students. | en_US |
