Abstract: This thesis was guided by Ir. H. Abdul Rahman, MS., as the head of guidance and Dr. Ir. H. Zulheri Noer, MP., as a supervisory member. This study aims to determine the growth and production of soybean plants by supplying waste of Brassicaceae and Arbuscular Vesicular Mycorrhiza, which was carried out at the United People's Farmers Group Garden, Dusun XXII Pondok Rowo Desa Sampali, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang with a height of 12 meters above sea level and flat topography and alluvial soil types. This research was conducted from June to September 2019. The method used in this study was a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely: 1) Treatment factor Brassica Waste Dose (B) consisting of 4 levels, namely: B0 = No treatment (control ); B1 = 10 ml / l; B2 = 20 ml / l; B3 = 30 ml / l; 2) Factors for Mycorrhizal Fungi (M) consisting of 4 levels, namely: M0 = No treatment (control); M1 = mycorrhizae 10 g / plot; M2 = Mycorrhizal 15 g / plot; M3 = 20 g mycorrhizae / plot), each treatment was repeated 3 (three) times so that there were 48 experimental plots. Each experimental plot consisted of 15 plants with 3 sample plants. The parameters observed in this study consisted of plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, age of flowering, root volume of plants, number of pods per plant, weight of 100 seeds per plant. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The application of Brassicaceae waste has no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, age of flowering, root volume of plants, number of pods per plant, weight of 100 seeds per plant; 2) Application of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Mycorrhiza (MVA) does not significantly affect plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, age of flowering, root volume of plants, number of pods per plant, weight of 100 seeds per plant; 3) The interaction between the application of Brassicaceae waste and Arbuscular Vesicular Mycorrhiza (MVA) has no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, flowering age, plant root volume, number of pods per plant, weight of 100 seeds per plant.
Description: Skripsi di bawah bimbingan Bapak Ir. H. Abdul Rahman, MS., selaku ketua bimbingan dan Bapak Dr. Ir. H. Zulheri Noer, MP., selaku anggota pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kedelai dengan pemberian limbah Brassicaceaedan Mikoriza Vesikular Arbuskular, yang dilaksanakan di Kebun Kelompok Tani Masyarakat Bersatu, Dusun XXII Pondok Rowo Desa Sampali, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang dengan ketinggian tempat 12 meter di atas permukaan laut dan topografi datar dan jenis tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Juni sampai dengan September 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial, dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan, yakni : 1) Faktor perlakuan Dosis Limbah Brassica (B) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : B0 = Tanpa perlakuan (kontrol); B1 = 10 ml/l; B2 = 20 ml/l; B3 = 30 ml/l;2) Faktor Pemberian Cendawan Mikoriza (M) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : M0 = Tanpa perlakuan (kontrol); M1 = Mikoriza 10 g/plot; M2 = Mikoriza 15 g/plot; M3 = Mikoriza 20 g/plot), masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali sehingga terdapat 48 plot percobaan. Setiap plot percobaan terdiri dari 15 tanaman dengan 3 tanaman sampel. Adapun parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, volume akar tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot 100 biji per tanaman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1)Aplikasi limbah Brassicaceae berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, volume akar tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot 100 biji per tanaman; 2) Aplikasi Mikoriza Vesikular Arbuskular (MVA) berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, volume akar tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot 100 biji per tanaman; 3) Interaksi antara aplikasi limbah Brassicaceae dan Mikoriza Vesikular Arbuskular (MVA) berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, volume akar tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot 100 biji per tanaman.
