dc.descriptionPemerintah provinsi Sumatera Utara sedang melakukan pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi diantaranya pembangunan jalan tol di ruas jalan Jasa Marga Kualanamu Tol. Pembangunan Proyek Jalan Tol Jasa Marga Kualanamu Tol (JMKT) ditujukan untuk mendistribusikan arus dari daerah sekitar Parbarakan, untuk menghindari pembebanan jaringan jalan dalam kota oleh arus dari daerah tersebut.Jalan tol JMKT merupakan jalan bebas hambatan berbayar. Skripsi ini menganalisis tarif jalan tol yang akan dibayarkan oleh calon pengguna jalan tol khususnya Seksi 7 (Sei Rampah – Tebing Tinggi). Jenis kendaraan yang ditinjau hanya kendaraan golongan I, IIA dan IIB. Analisis biaya operasional kendaraan didasarkan pada analisis yang dikembangkan oleh LAPI-ITB menggunakan metode PCI (Pasific Consultant International) yang bekerja sama dengan PT. Jasa Marga. Tarif dihitung berdasarkan 70 % dari besar keuntungan biaya operasional kendaraan. Perhitungan tarif yang diperoleh untuk jalan tol JMKT Seksi 7 adalah golongan I: Rp.9700, golongan II A: Rp.14400 dan golongan II B: Rp.14500.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe North Sumatra provincial government is carrying out transportation infrastructure development including the construction of toll roads on the Jasa Marga Kualanamu Toll road section. The construction of the Jasa Marga Kualanamu Toll Road Project (JMKT) is intended to distribute the flow from the area around Parbarakan, to avoid the burden of the inner city road network by the flow from the area. JMKT toll road is a paid freeway. This Final Project analyzes toll road tariffs to be paid by prospective toll road users, especially Section 7 (Sei Rampah - Tebing Tinggi). The types of vehicles that were reviewed were only vehicles of class I, IIA and IIB. Analysis of vehicle operating costs is based on an analysis developed by LAPI-ITB using the PCI (Pacific Consultant International) method in collaboration with PT. Jasa Marga. Fares are calculated based on 70% of the vehicle operating cost benefit. The tariff calculation obtained for Section 7 of the JMKT toll road is class I: Rp.9700, class II A: Rp.14400 and class II B: Rp.14500.en_US
