| Abstract: | Regional Indonesia Bank Representative Office of Sumut is a independent State institute which formed with Code/Law Number 23 Year 1999 as have been altered with Code/Law Republic Of Indonesia Number 6 Year 2009 having Fundamental Duty and Function Indonesia Bank which consist of that is Specifying and executing monetary policy, Arranging and taking care of payment system fluency, and take care of Stability financial system. Intention of this research is to know influence of signifikan by simultan and also parsial among/between communications, and discipline to officer work productivity at Regional Indonesia Bank Representative Office of Sumut. Regional Population Indonesia Bank Representative Office of Sumut counted amounting to 120 people, and level of amount of sampel is 30 responder people. Result of examination of Influence of Communications and discipline to produktitifitas work employee of bank of regional Indonesia representative office [of] Sumut by parsial that is Variable Communications obtained by value of thitung > t tabel ( 3,665 > 3,35) so that can be concluded by Communications have an effect on posisitif to officer work productivity at Regional Indonesia Bank Representative Office of Sumut, and Variable Discipline obtained by value of thitung > ttabel ( 2,668 > 3,35) so that can be concluded by Communications have an effect on positive to officer work productivity at Regional Indonesia Bank Representative Office of Sumut. Influence of Communications and discipline to work productivity employee of bank of regional Indonesia representative office of Sumut by simultan that is free variable of X1, X2, X2 in the form of Communications and Discipline to variable tied Y that is obtained by value of F hitung > F tabel ( 66,022 > 3,35) thereby hypothesis accepted, So that can be concluded that Communications and Discipline by simultan have an effect on positive to officer work productivity at Regional Indonesia Bank Representative Office of Sumut |
| Description: | Bank Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Sumut adalah sebuah lembaga Negara yang independen yang dibentuk dengan Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2009 yang mempunyai Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi Bank Indonesia yang terdiri dari yaitu Menetapkan dan melaksanakan kebijakan moneter, Mengatur dan menjaga kelancaran sistem pembayaran, dan menjaga Stabilitas sistem keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial antara komunikasi, dan kedisiplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Bank Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Sumut. Populasi Bank Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Sumut sebanyak berjumlah 120 orang, dan besarnya jumlah sampel adalah 30 orang responden. Hasil pengujian Pengaruh Komunikasi dan kedisiplinan terhadap produktitifitas kerja pegawai Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan wilayah Sumut secara parsial yaitu Variabel Komunikasi diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,665 > 3,35) sehingga dapat disimpulkan Komunikasi berpengaruh posisitif terhadap produktifitas kerja pegawai pada Bank Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Sumut, dan Variabel Kedisiplinan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,668 > 3,35) sehingga dapat disimpulkan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktifitas kerja pegawai pada Bank Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Sumut. Pengaruh Komunikasi dan kedisiplinan terhadap produktifitas kerja pegawai Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan wilayah Sumut secara simultan yaitu variabel bebas X1, X2, X2 berupa Komunikasi dan Kedisiplinan terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yaitu diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (66,022 > 3,35) dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komunikasi dan Kedisiplinan secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktifitas kerja pegawai pada Bank Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Sumut |
