Evaluasi Program Beras Miskin (Raskin) terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Medan Selayang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of program rice for the poor (raskin) on the welfare of people in the village sub-district sari promontory medan selayang. Look at several indicator to determine the program success is the accuracy of communication and coordination, transparency and accountability, adequate resources, implementation a positive attitude. This research uses qualitative descriptive methode done at the study site promontory village sub- district sari medan selayang. Technic of collection are interview, observation, documentation. It can be concluded that the evaluation of program rice for the poor (raskin) on the welfare of people in the village sub-district sari promontory medan selayang run less effective because there are many thing that need to be improve and the allocation of raskin to poor families with their program raskin people live are not also turn into more prosperous. Poor rice program evaluation has indicator such has, communication accuracy and coordination, adequate resources, positive attitude of executor, support and participation of target groups
