Hubungan Antara Self Efficacy Dengan Kecemasan Menghadapi Mutasi Pada Pesonil Bintara Sat Brimob Polda Sumut

Abstract

This study aims to look at the relationship between self efficacy and mutation anxiety in Bintara Sat Brimob North Sumatra Police personnel. The sample in this study was 60 personnel, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. In line with the discussion in the theoretical basis, the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a negative relationship between Self efficacy and anxiety mutas. Assuming that the higher the Self efficacy of the Bintara personnel, the lower the anxiety of the Bintara Personnel, and vice versa the lower the Self efficacy, the higher the anxiety of the Bintara personnel. Data collection is done by Likert scale. To test the proposed hypothesis done with the correlation coefficient Rxy = 0.660; p = 0.006 <0.050. This means that there is a relationship between Self efficacy and anxiety mutations. So between the two variables there is a causal relationship. From the results obtained, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
