Abstract

A great nation must be able to compete with other nations in any case. The economic competition, the development of science, and the technology that makes the world situation more dynamic and change rapidly. The condition is a phenomenon of globalization that must be ready faced by any country including Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the communication style of PKMP instructor in giving the verbal and nonverbaldi material material of Yayasan Bangga so Indonesia. In this study, researchers used qualitative data analysis techniques. Data analysis techniques will go through the process by searching and compiling systematically the data obtained from interviews, field notes and other materials, so it will be easy to understand, and findings can be informed to others. The results of the communication style conducted by the instructor to the students of the red-and-white national insight training were well conducted from verbal communication using easy-to-catch language and understandable by the participants. This is evident from the results of the field, where the instructor in conveying the message students feel comfortable and student attention focused on the instructor. Communication style used is very helpful for students in understanding the material presented. Students' perceptions of the effectiveness of communication styles conveyed by the instructor are quite effective in delivering the material.
