Abstract: | The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all consumers in the Hotel Lariz Depari medan, amounting to 91 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study the total population is relatively small as many as 91 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially Layout variables affect Consumer Satisfaction in Lariz Depari Hotel Medan (2) partially Service Quality variables affect Consumer Lariz Depari Hotel Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Layout variable and Service Quality affect Lariz Depari Hotel's Customer Satisfaction |
Description: | Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variable diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Konsumen di Pada Hotel Lariz Depari medan yang berjumlah 91 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relative kecil yaitu sebanyak 91 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Tata Letak mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Hotel Lariz Depari medan.(2) secara parsial variabel Kualitas Layanan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Hotel LarizDepari medan.(3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Tata Letak dan Kualitas Layanan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Hotel Lariz Depari medan |
