dc.descriptionSeiring dengan lajunya pembangunan di Indonesia, baik di perkotaan maupun di pedesaan yang mengakibatkan sering timbulnya permasalahan tanah yang semakin lama semakin kompleks, terutama terhadap status tanah yang dikuasai seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan PPAT dalam jual beli tanah di Kecamatan Namorambe Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan bagaimana peran PPAT dalam praktek jual–beli tanah. Untuk mengumpulkan data yang konkrit dilakukan dengan wawancara secara langsung kepada responden sebanyak 5 (lima) desa sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang disusun terlebih dahulu, penentuan responden dilakukan secara random (acak) dengan metode sampling acak sederhana yang dilengkapi dengan daftar kerangka sampling dan hasilnya diproyeksikan dalam tabel dan dirubah ke dalam bentuk tulisan. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar masyarakat melakukan transaksi jual-beli tanah di hadapan PPAT. Peran camat di Kecamatan Namorambe dalam melaksanakan jual-beli tanah yang bertindak sebagai kepala wilayah berhak mengeluarkan akta ganti rugi terhadap tanah yang mempunyai tanda bukti IPEDA / PBB yang dilaksanakan di hadapan camat.en_US
dc.description.abstractAlong with the speed of development in Indonesia, both in urban and rural areas which results in the frequent emergence of land problems which are increasingly complex, especially with respect to the status of land controlled by someone. This study aims to determine whether the practice of buying and selling land carried out before the Land Titles Registrar (PPAT). To collect concrete data, interviews were conducted directly with respondents of 5 villages as a sample using a list of questions prepared in advance, the determination of respondents was carried out randomly with a simple random sampling method that was supplemented with a list of sampling frameworks and the results were projected in a table and changed into written form. The results of the study most of the people conducting land transactions in front of the PPAT. The role of the sub district head in Namorambe Sub district in carrying out the sale and purchase of land that acts as the head of the region has the right to issue a deed of compensation for land that has proof of IPEDA / PBB carried out before the head of sub district.en_US
