Abstract: | Robusta coffee is a plant that has characteristics of resistance to leaf rust and high production. Robusta coffee is coffee derived from the seeds of the Coffea Canephora plant. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the demand for Robusta coffee in the Inpres market, Bebesen sub-district, Centra Aceh Regency. The sampling method is done by the method of tracking (Accidental Sampling). Respondents in this study were consumers who happened to be shopping for Robusta coffee at the study site, which were 52 respondents. The data collected are primary data and secondary data, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression test with SPSS 24 tools. The results of this study conclude that the Robusta coffee expenditure variable, income, number of family members, tastes, expenditure on substitute goods purchases simultaneously has a significant effect on robusta coffee demand in the presidential market. Partially, the income variable significantly influences the demand for Robusta coffee in the Inpres market, while the expenditure variable for Robusta coffee purchase, the number of family members, tastes, and expenditure for substitute goods purchase, does not significantly affect the demand for coffee in the Inpres market |
Description: | Kopi Robusta yaitu tanaman yang mempunyai karakteristik tahan terhadap penyakit karat daun dan produksinya tinggi. Kopi Robusta merupakan kopi yang berasal dari biji tanaman Coffea Canephora. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi permintaan kopi robusta di pasar inpres,kecamatan Bebesen, Kab. Aceh Tengah. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode penelusuran (Accidental Sampling). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen konsumen yang kebetulan sedang berbelanja kopi Robusta di lokasi penelitian yaitu sejumlah 52 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel pengeluaran pembelian kopi robusta, pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, selera, pengeluaran pembelian barang substitusi secara serempak berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan kopi robusta di pasar inpres. Secara parsial variabel pendapatan berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan kopi robusta di pasar inpres, sedangkan variabel pengeluran pembelian kopi robusta, jumlah anggota keluarga, selera, dan pengeluaran pembelian barang substitusi, tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan kopi di pasar inpres. |
