dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Hubungan Antara Konsep Diri dengan Motivasi Belajar SMA YP utama Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan menggunakan instrumen Angket skala likert dengan menggunakan skala konsep diri menurut Berzonsky yaitu : aspek fisik, aspek sosial, aspek moral, dan aspek aspek fisik. Dan skala kedua motivasi belajar disusun menurut Hamzah B.Uno ,2007 yaitu : adanya hasrat dan keinginan untuk berhasil, adanya dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, adanya harapan cita-cita di masa depan, adanya penghargaan dalam belajar, adanya kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar, adanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif . Data dari penelitian ini menggunakan Try Out. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah product moment dari Carl Person. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka diperoleh sebagai berikut: 1) diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan motivasi belajar, dimana rxy : 0,323 ; p = 0,000 < 0,010, artinya dimana semakin rendah konsep diri maka semakin rendah motivasi belajar. 2) berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hipotesis yang di ajukan diterima, dengan adanya sumbangan 10,4 % dari konsep diri terhadap motivasi belajar, hal ini berarti masih ada 89,4 lagi faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar, misal faktor minat belajar, pola asuh orangtua, kebiasaan belajar. Hal ini sejalan dengan teori Djaali (2008) yang mengatakan bahwa ada lima faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar yaitu : sikap,minat,kebiasaan belajar dan konsep diri. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between self-concept and learning motivation in Medan's main YP high school. This type of research is correlational using a Likert scale Questionnaire instrument using a self-concept scale according to Berzonsky namely: physical aspects, social aspects, moral aspects, and physical aspects. And the second scale of learning motivation is arranged according to Hamzah B.Uno, 2007, namely: there is a desire and desire to succeed, there are encouragement and needs in learning, there are hopes for future goals, there is appreciation in learning, there are interesting activities in learning, the existence of a conducive learning environment. Data from this study using Try Out. The analytical method used in this study is the product moment from Carl Person. Based on data analysis, it is obtained as follows: 1) note that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and learning motivation, where rxy: 0.323; p = 0,000 <0.010, meaning that the lower the self-concept, the lower the motivation to learn. 2) based on these results it means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, with the contribution of 10.4% of the self-concept to learning motivation, this means there are still 89.4 more factors that influence learning motivation, for example factors of interest in learning, parenting, study habits. This is in line with Djaali's theory (2008) which says that there are five factors that influence learning motivation, namely:attitude, interests, study habit and self-concept | en_US |
