dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Karyawan dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pada PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas medan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Konsumen di Pada PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas medan yang berjumlah 65 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 65 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Kepuasan Karyawan mempengaruhi Loyalitas Konsumen di Pada PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas medan.(2) secara parsial variabel Kepercayaan mempengaruhi Loyalitas Konsumen di Pada PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas medan.(3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kepuasan Karyawan dan Kepercayaan mempengaruhi loyalitas Konsumen di Pada PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas medan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Employee Satisfaction and Trust in Consumer Loyalty at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas medan. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all consumers at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas medan, amounting to 65 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study the total population is relatively small as many as 65 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially Employee Satisfaction variables affect Consumer Loyalty at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas medan. positive and significant between Employee Satisfaction and Trust variables affect Consumer loyalty at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas medan. | en_US |
