Abstract: This study aims to determine the leadership style of employee performance, work conflict on employee performance and the influence of leadership style and work conflict on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Medan Area. The analysis technique in this study uses hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) the leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Medan Area which is obtained from tcount5,420>ttable value of 1.99897 and p-value of 0,000 <0.05. (2) work conflict has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Medan Area which is obtained from the tcount of 4.140>ttable value of 1.98896 and p-value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) leadership style and work conflict together have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Medan Area which is obtained from the Fcount value of 37.990>Ftable value of 3.15 and p-value of 0.000 <0.05
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Area Medan. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis, analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Area Medan dimana diperoleh dari nilai thitung 5,420 > nilai ttabel 1,99897 dan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05. (2) konflik kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja PT PLN (Persero) Area Medan dimana diperoleh dari nilai thitung 4,140 > nilai ttabel 1,98896 dan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05. (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan konflik kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Area Medan dimana diperoleh dari nilai Fhitung 37,990 > nilai Ftabel 3,15 dan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05.
