dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kecerdaasan Emosional dan Pengembangan SDM Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling dan metode rumus slovin dari populasi sebanyak 175 pegawai, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden diambil dari sebagian pegawai. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat PLS Smart 3 dengan analisis structural equation modeling (SEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa semua hipotesis diterima, karena secara parsial Kecerdasan Emosional (XI) dan Pengembangan SDM (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 2,423 dan 5,527 serta sebesar 63,9 % kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh Kecerdasan Emosional (X1) dan Pengembangan SDM (X2). | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research aims to find out "the influence of emotional acuity and human resources development on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit of North Sumatera region". This type of research is associative,namely a study that aims to determine the relationship and influence of two or more variables. The population in this research is the employee of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit of the North Sumatera, using the sample random sampling and the slovin formula method of the population of 175 employees, the number of samples in this study as much as 64 Respondents were taken from some employees. Data processing using the device PLS Smart 3 with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Based on the results of bthe study , it can be noted that all hypotheses are accepted because partial emotional intellegence (X1) and human resource development (X2) affect employee performance (Y) of 2,423 and 5,527 as well as 63,9 % of Performance can be Influenced by the Emotional Intellegence (X1) and Development of Human Resources (X2) | en_US |
