Abstract: | This research aims to know "the influence of employee commitment and self-concept of employee performance at Human Resourcers Departement PT. Plantation Nusantara IV Medan". This type of research is associative research which is a research that is asking relations between two variables. The population in this study was all employees at PT. Plantation Nusantara IV Medan as many as 35 employees. And by using saturated sampling, the number of samples in this study was as much as 35 respondents taken from the entire population. Technical analysis of this research uses multiple linear analysis of partial tests (T-Test), and simultaneous testing (f-Test). Coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the T test and F test can be seen that the work commitment and self-concept both partially and simultaneously influence positive and significant to the employee's performance. The value of R Square earned is 0.639. To see the great influence of free variables against variables bound by calculating coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, so acquired by 63.9% performance (bound variables) can be explained by commitment and self-concept. The remaining 37.1,% is influenced by other factors not described in this study. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Komitmen Karyawan Dan Konsep Diri Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia Pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Pada Bagian SDM pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan sebanyak 35 pegawai. Dan dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden diambil dari seluruh populasi. Tekhnik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji f). uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji t dan uji f dapat dilihat bahwa komitmen kerja dan konsep diri secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,639. Untuk melihat besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan cara menghitung koefisien determinasi (KD) = R2 x 100%, sehingga diperoleh sebesar 63,9% kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh komitmen dan konsep diri. Sisanya sebesar 37,1,% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. |
