Abstract: | This study aims to determine "The Effect of Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor ". The population used in this study was 58 people. The analysis technique in this study uses the multiple linear regression analysis test partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test), the coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study indicate that partially (t test) Education variables significantly influence employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Johor Rayon which is obtained from the tcount> ttable (3.074> 2.004) and p-value 0.007 <0.05. In the training variable significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Johor Rayon which is obtained from tcount> ttable (4,119> 2,004) and p-value 0,000 <0,05. On the simultaneous results (f test) showed that the variable Education and Training significantly influence employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Johor Rayon which is obtained from the Fcount value of 23.466> Ftable value of 3.16 and p-value of 0.000 <0.05. To see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable by calculating the coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 × 100%, so that obtained by 46% performance (the dependent variable) can be explained by education and training. The remaining 54% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “ Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Tehadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor”. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 58 orang. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f), uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) varibel Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor dimana diperoleh dari nilai thitung > nilai ttabel (3,074 > 2,004) dan nilai p-value 0,007 < 0,05. Pada variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor dimana diperoleh dari nilai thitung > nilai ttabel (4,119 > 2,004) dan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Pada hasil secara simultan (uji f) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor dimana diperoleh dari nilai Fhitung 23,466 > nilai Ftabel 3,16 dan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Untuk melihat besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan cara menghitung koefisien determinasi (KD) = R2 × 100%, sehingga diperoleh sebesar 46% kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan. Sisanya sebesar 54% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. |
