dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Harga dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Toko BerryBenka Sun Plaza Medan”. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3.150 pelangjjgan yang sudah lebih dari satu kali berbelanja pada Toko BerryBenka Sun Plaza Medan dan dengan menggunakan teknik rumus slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1 maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden diambil dari sebagian populasi. Metode analisis menggunakan PLS. Hasil ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara Harga dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. variabel kedua antara Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine "The Effect of Price and Customer Satisfaction in BerryBenka Sun Plaza Medan Shop". This type of research is associative that is a study that is asking the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was 3,150 customers who had shopped more than once at the BerryBenka Sun Plaza Medan Shop and using the slovin formula technique with a significance level of 0.1, the number of samples in this study were 97 respondents drawn from a portion of the population. The analytical method uses PLS. This result shows that there is a significant and positive influence between Price and Customer Loyalty. the second variable between Customer Satisfaction on customer loyalty has a positive but not significant effect. | en_US |
