dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Provinsi Sumatra Utara. Teknik analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis, teknik analisis data dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa secara bersama-sama Variabel Tingkat Pendidikan diperoleh untuk nilai t adalah (thitung) 4,012 > dari (ttabel) 2,010 , sehingga dapat disimpulkan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Provinsi Sumatra Utara. Variabel pelatihan diperoleh nilai t adalah (thitung) 0,010 < dari (ttabel) 2,010. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan mutasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Provinsi Sumatra Utara. Berdasarkan data diperoleh niali Fhitung (Fhitung) sebesar 56,707 > dari (Ftabel) 3,19dengan demikian hipotesis diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Provinsi Sumatra Utara.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the level of education on employee performance, the effect of training on employee performance, and the influence of education and training levels on employee performance at the Office of Population and Family Planning of North Sumatra Province. The analysis technique in this study uses hypothesis testing, data analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that together Education Level Variables obtained for the value of t is (tcount) 4.012> from (ttable) 2.010, so it can be concluded that the level of education has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Population and Family Planning Office of North Sumatra Province. The training variable obtained by value of t is (tcount) 0.010 <from (ttable) 2.010. So it can be concluded that mutations have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Office of Population and Family Planning Control of North Sumatra Province. Based on the data obtained by the value of Fcount (Fcount) of 56.707> from (Ftable) 3.19, thus the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that the level of education and training has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Office of Population and Family Planning of North Sumatra Provinceen_US
