Abstract: | This study aims to find out whether mutations have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brataco Medan, to find out whether the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brataco Medan, and to find out whether mutation and work environment have a significant positive effect on the employees of PT. Brataco Medan. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Brataco Medan, amounting to 62 people. Sampling with the method of saturated sampling with a total sample of 62 people. This type of research is associative research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are mutations significantly positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance then mutation and work environment have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brataco Medan. |
Description: | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah mutasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Brataco Medan, untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Brataco Medan, serta untuk mengetahui apakah mutasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap karyawan PT. Brataco Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. Brataco Medan yang berjumlah 62 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu mutasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kemudian mutasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Brataco Medan. |
