Analisis Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Waktu dan Pengendalian Proyek Gedung Perkantoran dan Gudang Suzuya Medan

Abstract

Project control is one function of the project management that influences the project final result, control has the main purpose to minimize all deviations that can be occurred during the project process. The computer application programs nowadays are greatly facilitated the management of construction engineering in inputting project data, managing project activities, project controlling, project report as well as controlling of project activities which are concerning resources on the project. This study plans a schedule of a project using the application program Microsoft Project 2010. Then, the study aimed to find out if the planning schedule convenient with the implementation schedule and also to find out the causal factors hindering during the implementation schedule. Furthermore, from the analysis result of controlling and scheduling of the construction project of office and warehouses buildings in Suzuya Medan can be sum up that the planning schedule was not convenient to the implementation schedule on the field, and it was found out that works that show the critical lane; such as preliminary work, foundation work, and wall mounting work. As for the causal factors hindering during the project implementation, often occurred the delay of goods delivery so that the work pending and becomes backward from the predetermined schedule.
