dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi siswa terhadap pemberian reward dengan pembentukan kepercayaan diri pada siswa SMP semayoen nusantara di aceh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa SMP yang masih memiliki rasa percaya diri yang belum maksimal, sehingga menyulitkan siswa dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar. Sejalan dengan landasan yang ada di teori, maka hipotesis yang di ajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan pemberian reward dalam pembentukan kepercayaan diri pada sisiwa SMP semayoen nusantara di aceh. Dapat disimpulkan dengan asumsi semakin sering reward diberikan maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa dan semakin jarang reward yang di berikan maka semakin rendah pula tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri yang terdiri dari 5 aspek yaitu yakin akan kemampuan diri, optimis, obyektif, bertanggungjawab dan rasional. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan skala likert, untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dilakukan dengan teknik analisis varians 1 jalur berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka di peroleh hasil bahwa ada hubungan pemberian rewad dalam pembentukan kepercayaan diri pada sisiwa SMP semayoen nusantara di aceh. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan anava dengan koevesien rxy = 0,487 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang di ajukan yaitu ada hubungan pemberian reward dengan pembentukan kepercayaan diri pada siswa SMP semayoen nusantara di aceh diterima, dengan menunjukkan bahwa reward berkontribusi terhadap kepercayaan diri sebesar 23,7%. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to look at students perceptions of reward giving by forming self-confidence in Semayoen Nusantara junior high school students in Aceh. The sample in this study was 100 junior high school students who still had a lack of confidence, which made it difficult for students to carry out the teaching and learning process. In line with the existing foundation in theory, the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a rewarding relationship in the formation of confidence in Semayoen Nusantara Junior High School students in Aceh. It can be concluded with the assumption that the more often the rewards are given, the higher the level of student confidence and the rarer the reward is given, the lower the level of student confidence. This study uses a scale of self-confidence consisting of 5 aspects, namely self-confidence, optimism, objectivity, responsibility and rational. Data collection was used with a Likert scale, to test the proposed hypothesis carried out with a 1 lane variance analysis technique based on the results of data analysis conducted, then the results were obtained that there was a relationship of rewards in the formation of confidence in the Semayoen Nusantara Junior High School students in Aceh. These results are known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference in anava with coefficient rxy = 0.487 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between the provision of rewards and the formation of self-confidence in the Semayoen Nusantara junior high school students in Aceh, which is accepted by showing that reward contributes to confidence by 23.7%. | en_US |
