Abstract

The implementation of Aceh Indigenous Marriage in the Positive Legal Perspective in Indonesia is almost the same as the implementation of marriages in other regions in this country, only what distinguishes it in the implementation of traditional marriages in Aceh is sourced from Islamic Sharia rules as the religion adopted by the Acehnese people. mostly and has become a culture from the past. Similarly, the marriage that was held in the village of Badegong is still within the scope of the Aceh Province. The problems raised in this study are focused on the marital regulations and the conditions in the traditional marriage of marriages implemented in the village of Badegong District: South Teupah Regency: Simeulue, each of which is still carried out traditionally and how the rules apply in the community against marital rules established by the State. The research method used is Normative Juridical, and the data collection technique used is Library Research, which is research based on reading sources, namely, laws, books, online data, and legal journals relating to the material discussed. in this thesis proposal. In this study also contains primary and secondary data. Field Research (field research) that is by conducting direct research into spaciousness. In this case the research directly conducted research in the Village of Badegong District: South Teupah Regency: Simeulue. The implementation of Aceh traditional marriage in the perspective of positive law in Indonesia, the simple implementation of marriage in the village of Badegong is still customarily carried out by the community, but every rule that has been set by the government is still adhered to and carried out as long as it does not conflict with Islamic law, both the terms of the marriage and the rules for its implementation.
