dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Budaya Organisasi Dengan Kinerja Karyawan di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan pada Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Umum yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data sampel ialah menggunakan Purpossivie Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala Budaya Organisasi dan skala Kinerja. Analisa data menggunakan analisa Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja. Hal ini ditunjukan dari koefisien rxy = 0, 408 dengan p = 0, 006 < 0, 050 yang artinya semakin tinggi Budaya Organisasi yang dijalankan dengan baik maka semakin tinggi Kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Terdapat sumbangan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 16,6% dengan demikian masih terdapat 83,4% kontribusi dari faktor lain terhadap Kinerja pada karyawan. Diketahui faktor lain tersebut ialah kepemimpinan, motivasi, kualitas hidup kerja, komitmen dan kepuasan kerja. Dapat dikatakan bahwa subjek penelitian ini para Karyawan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan memiliki Kinerja yang tergolong tinggi dan memiliki Budaya Organisasi yang tergolong tinggi. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to look at the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. The subjects in this study were employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan at the Directorate of Human Resources (HR) and General, which amounted to 50 employees. The technique of taking data samples is using Purpossivie Sampling. Data collection methods are the scale of Organizational Culture and Performance scale. Data analysis uses Product Moment analysis. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between Organizational Culture and Performance. This is shown from the coefficient rxy = 0, 408 with p = 0, 006 <0, 050 which means the higher the Organizational Culture that is run well, the higher the Performance. Based on the results of the hypothesis stated otherwise accepted. There is a contribution of Organizational Culture to the performance of 16.6% thus there is still an 83.4% contribution from other factors on the Performance of employees. Other known factors are leadership, motivation, quality of work life, commitment and job satisfaction. It can be said that the subjects of this study are the Employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan has a relatively high performance and has a high organizational culture. | en_US |
