| Abstract: | Transportation services are increasingly developing in the life of modern Indonesian society along with developments in the field of telecommunications. use of the online Grab application for the effectiveness of message exchanges between drivers. Grab application services as a guide for every human being to do good as for the indicators that have while the lowest score is the indicator then the highest statement about the statement of service procedures are not convoluted and the lowest is a statement about extensive knowledge. This means that good quality is not based on perceived service provision, but based on customer perception. |
| Description: | Jasa transportasi semakin berkembang dalam kehidupan masyarakat modern Indonesia seiring dengan perkembangan di bidang telekomunikasi. penggunaan aplikasi Grab online terhadap evektivitas pertukaran pesan antara driver. Pelayanan aplikasi Grab sebagai suatu pegangan bagi setiap manusia berbuat baik adapun indikator yang memiliki sedangkan skor yang paling rendah adalah indikator kemudian mengenai pernyataan yang paling tinggi yaitu mengenai pernyataan Prosedur pelayanan tidak berbelit-belit dan yang terendah adalah pernyataan mengenai pengetahuan yang luas. Hal ini berarti bahwa kualitas yang baik bukanlah berdasarkan persepsi penyediaan jasa, melainkan berdasarkan persepsi pelanggan. |
