dc.description | Genteng beton menggunakan bahan semen, pasir, air dan kapur serta serat ijuk sebagai bahan tambah pada campuran pembuatan genteng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen penggunaan bahan serat organic (ijuk) sebagai bahan tambah pada pembuatan genteng beton. Tujuan pengujian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan serat ijuk ke dalam adukan genteng beton terhadap : (1) rembesan air genteng beton, (2) penyerapan air genteng beton, (3) ukuran genteng beton, (4) penyerapan panas genteng beton dan (5) perbandingan genteng beton dengan bahan tambah serat ijuk dan tanpa serat ijuk. Hasil pengujian genteng beton menggunakan bahan tambah serat ijuk untuk campuran 1 semen : 1,25 kapur mill : 3 pasir adalah : Hasil pengujian rembesan air pada penambahan serat 0% tidak rembes, 0,6% tidak rembes, 1,2% tidak rembes, dan 2% tidak rembes. Hasil Pengujian penyerapan air rata-rata genteng beton pada penambahan serat 0% = 8,03%, serat 0,6% = 7,84%, serat 1,2% = 9,10%, dan serat 2% = 8,61%. Hasil pengujian penyerapan panas pada penambahan serat 0% = 75,60%, serat 0,6% = 74,50%, serat 1,2% = 73,60%, dan serat 2% = 72,10%. Dari pengujian di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan serat ke dalam adukan genteng beton dapat menghasilkan genteng beton yang berkualitas dibandingkan dengan genteng beton tanpa bahan tambah serat. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Concrete roof tiles use cement, sand, water and lime as well as fibers as added material to the tile-making mixture. The method used in this research is the experimental method of using organic fiber (fibers) as an added material in making concrete roof tiles. The purpose of this test is to determine the effect of adding fibers to the concrete tile mortar on: (1) concrete tile water seepage, (2) concrete tile water absorption, (3) concrete tile size, (4) heat absorption of concrete tile and (5) ) comparison of concrete roof tiles with added fibers and without fibers. The results of concrete tile testing using fibers added ingredients for a mixture of 1 cement: 1.25 lime mill: 3 sand are: The results of water seepage testing on the addition of 0% fiber is not seepage, 0.6% is not seepage, 1.2% is not seepage, and 2% are not permeable. Test Results The average water absorption of concrete tile at the addition of fiber 0% = 8.03%, 0.6% fiber = 7.84%, fiber 1.2% = 9.10%, and fiber 2% = 8.61 %. The results of heat absorption test on the addition of fiber 0% = 75.60%, 0.6% fiber = 74.50%, 1.2% fiber = 73.60%, and 2% fiber = 72.10%. From the above test it can be concluded that the addition of fiber into the concrete tile mix can produce quality concrete roof tiles compared to concrete roofs without fiber added material. | en_US |
