Korelasi Antara Peranan Konsultan Pengawas Dengan Masalah-Masalah yang Dominan Pada Proyek Konstruksi di Sumatera Utara

Abstract

In the course of a project, in addition to the role of planning and implementation, the role of supervision also an important position in order consultant may be a business entity or an individual. This study refers to the law number : 02 of 2017 on consultants or field supervisors from different job sections on the project. Data analysis is done by program correlation method. After the analysis and discussion, the role of consultant supervisors with the value of 3,6 (quite well done) . it can be said that the supervisors counselor performs his responsibilities quite well. The dominant problems in the project that most often happens are methods of implementation that do not fit in point b. In addition, problems such as external noise on point j also include problems that often occur in the project.
