dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Apakah pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. 2) Apakah transfer pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. 3) Apakah pembelajaran organisasi dan transfer pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang menghubungkan dua variable atau lebih. Sampel atau responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 orang, teknik penarikan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah teknik Probability Sampling dengan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan sampel sebanyak 185 orang dan error level sebesar 0,05 maka sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder, proses pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil variable pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana positif ditunjukan dengan nilai 0,402 dam signifikan dengan 0,000<0,005. Transfer pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai dan signifikan dengan 0,000<0,005. Pembelajaran Organisasi dan Transfer Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 2222 signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,00<0,005. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine: 1) Does organizational learning have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. 2) Does knowledge transfer have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. 3) Does organizational learning and knowledge transfer have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. This type of research is associative research that connects two or more variables. The sample or respondents in this study amounted to 185 people, the sampling technique that will be used is the Probability Sampling technique with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sample calculation using Slovin formula with a sample of 185 people and an error level of 0.05, the sample in this study was 65 people. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research data sourced from primary and secondary data, the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the research results obtained organizational learning variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by the value of 0.402 and significant with 0.000 <0.005. Knowledge transfer has a positive and significant effect on value and significant with 0,000 <0.005.
