Abstract

This study aims to find out whether mutations have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brataco Medan, to find out whether the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brataco Medan, and to find out whether mutation and work environment have a significant positive effect on the employees of PT. Brataco Medan. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Brataco Medan, amounting to 62 people. Sampling with the method of saturated sampling with a total sample of 62 people. This type of research is associative research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are mutations significantly positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance then mutation and work environment have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brataco Medan.
