Analisa Peran Camat Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di Kecamatan Sei Lepan Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of implementing the duties and functions of the sub-district head, especially in coordinating community empowerment activities in Sei Lepan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency and to explain the factors that influence the implementation of the camat's duties and functions in coordinating community empowerment activities in Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, literature study and observation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study were analyzed in the duties and functions of the subdistrict head in coordinating community empowerment activities with details: a. Encourage community participation to participate in sub-district development planning in development planning deliberation forums in villages / wards, b. To provide guidance and supervision to all work units, both government and private, that have work programs and community empowerment activities in the subdistrict working areas. C. Conduct evaluation of community empowerment activities in the sub-district, both by government and private work units. Factors that influence the implementation of the duties and functions of the camat in coordinating community empowerment activities, namely: the leadership abilities of the camat, the work environment, personal abilities, human resources, and facilities and infrastructure.
