Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Nikah (SIMKAH) Online di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Medan Kota

Abstract

Marriage Management Information System or SIMKAH is a government policy that is applied to each District Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). SIMKAH can help in the process of community service quickly, and accurately. One of the KUA As that have implemented SIMKAH is the KUA of Medan Kota District. This research is motivated by the importance of success regarding the Implementation of Online Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) based on the rules set by the Islamic Community Guidance Number B.4608 / DJ.III.II, 2 / HM.00 / 11/2018 regarding the application of SIMKAH to all KUA District. This study aims to find out how the implementation of online marriage management information system (SIMKAH) at KUA and what are the obstacles in SIMKAH Online at KUA in its implementation. The method used by researchers in research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study, researchers used three informants who know and relate to the problems that occur. Data collection techniques used by researchers in research there are two ways, including secondary data such as books, scientific work, archives and documentation, while primary data such as interviews and observations. From the results of the above study it can be seen that the implementation of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) Online at KUA Medan Kota District has been effective and efficient as well as maximum in its application online which can be examined through four indicators of policy implementation according to Edward III namely communication, resources, disposition, and structure of bureaucracy.
