dc.description | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wajib pajak pada kantor samsat Medan, Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana. Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wajib Pajak Pada Kantor Samsat Medan Utara. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine whether the qualityof service is significantly positive for the taxpayer satisfaction at Medan's Services Office SAMSAT Office, the sample in the study amounted to 35 people. This type of research is associative which is research to figure out the effect of free variables on bound variables, using multiple statistical analysis techniques of linear simple regression.
