Oleh Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular Pada Lahan Yang Diberi Biochar Cangkang Kemiri dan Pupuk Kandang Kambing’'. Skripsi ini dibawah bimbingan oleh Ibu Dr. Ir. Sumihar Hutapea, MS sebagai ketua pembimbing dan Bapak Prof. Dr. Ir. A. Rafiqi Tantawi, MS selaku anggota pembimbing. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Growth Center Kopertis Wilayah 1 Sumut-Aceh yang berada di Jalan Peratun No. 1 Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Penekanan Perkembangan Penyakit Bercak Ungu pada Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) oleh pemberian Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular, mengetahui respon pemberian Biochar cangkang kemiri dan pupuk kandang kambing pada lahan yang diberi biochar dan pupuk kandang kambing. Penelitian ini di rancang dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 3 Faktor perlakuan, yaitu : (1). Mikoriza Arbuskular yang terdiri dari 3 Taraf perlakuan, Yaitu C0=Kontrol (Tanpa CMA), C1 = Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular (30 gr/m2) atau (300 kg /ha), C2 = Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular(60 gr/m2) atau (600 kg/ha). Biochar cangkang biji kemiri terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu B0 = Kontrol (Tanpa Biochar), B1 = Biochar (0,3 kg/m2) atau (3 ton/ha), B2 = Biochar (0,6 kg/m2) atau (6 ton/ha) ; (3) Pupuk Kandang Kambing terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu : K1 = Pupuk Kandang Kambing (1 kg/m2) atau (10 ton/ha), K2 = Pupuk Kandang Kambing (2 kg/m2) atau (20 ton/ha). Dengan demikian diperoleh kombinasi sebanyak 3x3x2 = 18 kombinasi perlakuan. Masing masing perlakuan di ulang 2 kali sehingga menghasilkan 36 plot percobaan. Setiap plot percobaan terdiri dari 16 tanaman dengan 5 sampel. Parameter yang diamati : Tinggi Tanaman (cm), Jumlah Daun (Helai), Intesitas Penyakit, Jumlah anakan, Berat basah per plot (gr) dan berat kering per plot (gr). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemberian Mikoriza Arbuskular berpengaruh nyata pada Intesitas penyakit, Pemberian Biochar berpengaruh nyata pada bobot basah umbi/plot, pemberian pupuk kandang kambimg berpengaruh pada tinggi dan berat kering per plot tanaman, Kombinasi biochar dan pupuk kandang kambing berpengaruh nyata pada berat basah dan kering umbi/plot tanaman bawang. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Hasan basril lawolo NPM 158210075 "the development of an (allium ascalonicum l.) By the mikoriza arbuscular fungus on the land which is given biochar's shell of the potato and goat pen manure." This thesis was under Dr. Ir's mother's guidance. Sumihar Hutapea, ms as head counselor and father to Dr. Ir. A. Rafiqi Tantawi, Ms. As a member of the tutor. The study has been set up for the growth center of the 1st annual district that stands on the no. 1 peratun street. The study was carried out from October to December 2019. The purpose of this study is to know the emphasis on the development of purple bloating disease of Onions (allium ascalonicum l) by the presentation of the mikoriza arbuscular fungus, recognizing the response of the biochar of the shell of the potato and the goat pen onto the field given biochar and the goat pen. The study is designed by a random group (rack) up to gross elements of mistreatment: (1). Mikoriza arbuscular force of 3 measures of treatment, C0= control (without cma), C1 = mikoriza arbuscular (30 gr/m2) or (300 kg/ha), C2 = mikoriza arbuscular (60 gr/m2) or (600 kg/ha). Biochar's shell shell consists of three degrees of B0 = control (without biochar), B1 = biochar (0.3 kg/m2) or (3 tons /ha), B2 = biochar (0.6 kg/m2) or (6 kg/m); (3) the goat pen (1 kg/m2) or (10 tons /ha), K2 = goat pen (2 kg/m) or (20 tons /ha). Thus obtained a combination of 3x3x2 = 18 combination of treatment. Each treatment was repeated twice, resulting in 36 experimental plots. Each experimental plot consists of 16 plants with five samples. Observable parameters: plant height (cm), number of leaves (blades), number of disease, number of saplings, wet weight per plot (gr) and dry weight per plot (gr). The result of this study was that mikoriza arbushad a real effect on disease intendence, giving biochar a a real influence on ruby weight /plot, the giving of kambimg outings to high and dry weight per plot of plants, the combination of biochar and goat - pen fertilizers having a real impact on the wet and dry weight of the plant. | en_US |
