dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Koordinasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Binjai”. Masalah penelitian untuk mengetahui pengawasan dan koordinasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Binjai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengawasan dan koordinasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Binjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Tekhnik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji f). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Tenaga Kerja Binjai. sebanyak 35 pegawai. Dan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden diambil dari pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji parsial menunjukkan Variabel Bebas X1 (pengawasan) pada kolom sig 0.000<0.05. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada pegawai Dinas Pegawai Tenaga Kerja Medan. Dan nilai p-value atau nilai probabilitas Variabel Bebas X2 (koordinasi) pada kolom sig 0.003<0.05. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa koordinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pegawai Tenaga Kerja Medan uji t dapat dilihat bahwa t pengawasan dan koordinasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,733. Untuk melihat besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan cara menghitung koefisien determinasi Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 73,3% kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh pengawasan dan koordinasi. Sisanya sebesar 26,7,% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research aims to know "the effect of supervision and coordination on the performance of employees at the Department of Labor Binjai". Research problems to know the supervision and coordination of personnel performance in the Department of Labor Binjai. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze partial and simultaneous supervision and coordination on the performance of the employees of the Department of Labour. This type of research is associative which is a research that is asking relations between two variables. Technical analysis of this research is using coefficient of determination test, Partial test (Test T), and simultaneous test (f test). The population in this study is the Department of Labor Binjai. As many as 35 employees. And by using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples in this study was as much as 35 respondents taken from employees. Based on the results of the partial test study shows the free variable X1 (supervision) in the column sig 0.000 < 0.05. This explains that the oversight has a positive and significant impact on performance at the Medan Labour Officer office employees. And the value of P-value or probability value of the free X2 variable (coordination) on the column sig 0.003 < 0.05. This explains that coordination has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the field of Manpower Officer Test T can be seen that T supervision and coordination both partially and simultaneously affect positively and significantly to the performance variables. The value of R Square earned is 0.733. To see large variable effect free of variables tied to how to calculate coefficient of determination the number indicates that a 73.3% performance (bound variable) can be explained by supervision and coordination. The remaining 26.7,% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.. | en_US |
