dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengembangan karir dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Karyawan Pada Hotel Lariz Depari medan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan di Pada Hotel Lariz Depari medan yang berjumlah 45 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Pengembangan karir mempengaruhi Motivasi Karyawan Pada Hotel Lariz Depari medan.(2) secara parsial variabel Budaya Organisasi mempengaruhi Motivasi KaryawanPada Hotel Lariz Depari medan.(3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pelatihan dan Budaya Organisasi mempengaruhi Motivasi KaryawanPada Hotel Lariz Depari medan.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Career Development and Organizational Culture on Employee Motivation at the Hotel Lariz Depari medan. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the Hotel Lariz Depari medan, amounting to 45 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study the population is relatively small, as many as 45 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) partially career development variables influence Employee Motivation at Lariz Depari Hotel Medan (2) partially Organizational Culture variables affect Employee Motivation At Lariz Depari Hotel Hotel (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Training and Organizational Culture variables affect Employee Motivation at Lariz Depari Hotel Medanen_US
