dc.description | Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja sales di PT. Sumatera Berlian Motors. Penelitian ini berutujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja team sales di PT. Sumatera Berlian Motors. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 53 responden, dan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh maka jumlah sampel adalah 53 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penilitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas 29 butir soal untuk variabel budaya organisasi dan 27 butir soal untuk variabel kinerja karyawan dengan teknik cronbach alpha diperoleh nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,864 untuk variabel budaya organisasi dan 0,800 untuk variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 38,461 + 0.489X. hasil uji determinasi dari nilai R2 adalah 0,213. Dan uji-t diperoleh thitung = 3,713. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The problem in this research is ther a positive and significant effect between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance of Sales at PT. Sumatera Berlian Motors. The aimed of this research is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture to Employee Performance of Sales at PT. Sumatera Berlian Motors. The population of this research are 53 respondents, and use sampling jenuh was taken 53 respondents be sample. Technique of research collecting data questionnaire 29 items for organizational culture variable and 27 items for employee performance variable with cronbach alpha technique variable reliable in 0,864 for organizational culture variable and 0,800 for employee performance variable. While hypothesist test is use t-test. Based on results get the simple regression equation are Y = 38,461 + 0.489X. Results of Determination test from R2 are 0,213. And t-test showed tcount = 3,713. So, can get conclusion that there was positive and significant effect organizational culture to employee performance. | en_US |
