dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Tunjangan Kesejahteraan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang menghubungkan dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 58 orang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) versi 20.00. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kemampuan Kerja dan Tunjangan Kesejahteraan, sementara Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial koefisien regresi variabel Kemampuan Kerja thitung > ttabel (5.907 > 2.004), dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas (0.000< 0.05). Artinya bahwa variabel Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Secara parsial Tunjangan Kesejahteraan thitung > pada nilai ttabel (10.685 > 2.004), dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas (0.000< 0.05) artinya bahwa variabel Tunjangan Kesejahteraan mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja dan tunjangan kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai karena nilai Fhitung = 89.725, sedangkan Ftabel adalah sebesar 3.16, dengan demikian Fhitung (89.725) > Ftabel (3.16) dengan nilai Sig. F adalah sebesar 0.000. Hasil koeefisien determinasi sebesar 0.765, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel Kemampuan Kerja dan Tunjangan Kesejahteraan mampu menerangkan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 76,5% dan sedangkan sisanya 23,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Ability and Welfare Benefits on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor. This type of research is associative research that connects two or more variables. The population used in this study was 58 people. Data analysis techniques were performed using the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) version 20.00 program. The independent variable used in this study is Work Ability and Welfare Benefits, while Employee Performance is the dependent variable. The results showed that partially the coefficient regression variable Working Ability tcount> t table (5.907> 2.004), and the significance value was smaller than the probability value (0.000 <0.05). This means that the variable work ability has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Welfare Benefits t> on the table value (10,685> 2,004), and the significance value is smaller than the probability value (0,000 <0.05) means that the Welfare Benefit variable has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously shows that the variable work ability and welfare benefits significantly influence employee performance because the value of Fcount = 89.725, while Ftable is 3.16, thus Fcount (89.725)> Ftable (3.16) with a Sig. F is 0,000. The coefficient of determination is 0.765, this shows that the variable ability of Work Ability and Welfare Benefits is able to explain that Employee Performance is 76.5% and the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study. | en_US |
