dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh loyalitas dan komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PD. Pembangunan Kota Medan. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis, analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Loyalitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PD. Pembangunan Kota Medan dimana diperoleh dari nilai thitung 7,259 > nilai ttabel 2,00247 dan nilai p- value 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Komunikasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PD. Pembangunan Kota Medan dimana diperoleh dari nilai thitung 2,130 > nilai ttabel 2,00247 dan nilai p-value 0,037 < 0,05. (3) Loyalitas dan Komunikasi Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PD. Pembangunan Kota Medan dimana diperoleh dari nilai Fhitung 1,439 > nilai Ftabel 3,16 dan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine loyalty to employee performance, communication to employee performance and loyalty and communication to PD employee performance. Medan City Development. The analysis technique in this study uses hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Loyalty has a significant positive effect on the performance of PD employees. Medan City Development which is obtained from the value of tcount 7.259> ttable value 2.00247 and p-value 0.000 <0.05. (2) Positive positive Work Communication on the performance of PD employees. Development of Medan City which is obtained from the tcount of 2.130> ttable 2.00247 and p-value of 0.037 <0.05. (3) Loyalty and Work Communication together show a significant positive effect on PD Employee Performance. Development of Medan City which is obtained from the Fcount value of 1.439> Ftable value of 3.16 and p-value of 0.000 <0.05.en_US
