Abstract: | This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style variables on the performance of the employees on Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. (2) the effect of teamwork on the performance of the employees on Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. (3) the influence of leadership style and teamwork on the performance of employees on Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. This research is categorized as associative research. The population is 258 employees, the sampling technique used is using probability sampling. The sample taken was 72 employees of the Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Research data sourced from questionnaires. From the research results obtained leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the value of tcount 2.310> t table 1.994 with a of sig 0.024 <0.05. teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where tcount 9,959> t table 1,994 with a of sig 0,000 <0.05. Leadership style and teamwork simultaneously influence employee performance, where F count is obtained 132,982> f table 3.13 and the value in the column sig 0,000 <0.05 means significant. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. (2) pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian asosiatif. Populasi adalah pegawai berjumlah 258 orang pegawai, teknik sampling yang digunakan memakai probability sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 72 orang pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian bersumber dari kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana nilai thitung 2.310 > ttabel 1.994 dengan sig 0.024 < 0.05. Kerjasama tim berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai , dimana thitung 9.959 > ttabel 1.994 dengan sig 0.000 < 0.05. Gaya kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana fhitung diperoleh 132.982 > ftabel 3.13 dan nilai pada kolom sig 0.000 < 0.05 artinya signifikan. |
