| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find out whether self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on the performance of librarians at the University of North Sumatra Library, to find out whether Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on the performance of librarians at the Library of the University of North Sumatra, and to find out whether self-efficacy and employee engagement have a significant positive effect on the performance of librarians at the North Sumatra University Library. The population in this study were all librarians in the North Sumatra University Library, amounting to 110 people. The sample in this study amounted to 86 people. This type of research is associative research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on the performance of librarians, Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on the performance of librarians then self-efficacy and employee engagement have a significant positive effect on the performance of librarians in the Library of the University of North Sumatra. | en_US |
