Abstract: | The purpose of this design is to design a machine that can print sour candy with a capacity of 45 kg / hour, calculate the main component components and workings of the sour candy molding machine with 45 kg / hour. The method of this design has several stages of testing the strength and size of the components of the machining components. Determine the power of the drive motor, pulley, V-Belt, gearbox and shaft required to drive the sour candy forming machine. The results of this design discussion obtained a motor power of 4101 watts with a rotation of 1440 Rpm, while the diameter of the motor shaft is 25 mm using 2 V-belt belts, and using a 50: 1 gearbox. This sour candy is capable of producing with a capacity of 45 kg / hour |
Description: | tujuan rancang bangun ini adalah rancang bangun sebuah mesin yang dapat mencetak permen asam dengna kapasitas 45 kg/jam, melakukan perhitungan komponen komponen utama dan cara kerja mesin pencetak permen asam dengan 45 kg/jam. metode dari perancangan ini memiliki beberapa tahapan pengujian kekuatan dan ukuran komponen komponen permesinan. Menentukan daya motor penggerak, puli, sabuk V - Belt, gearbox, dan poros yang dibutuhkan untuk menggerakkan mesin pencetak permen asam. Hasil dari pembahasan perancangan ini diperoleh daya motor 4101 watt dengan putaran 1440 Rpm, sedangkan diameter poros motor penggerak berukuran 25 mm memakai sabuk V - belt sebanyak 2 buah, dan menggunakan gearbox 50 : 1. Hasil akhir yang dicapai dalam tugas akhir ini yaitu mesin pencetak permen asam ini mampu memproduksi dengan kapasitas 45 kg/jam |
