dc.description | Pembangunan yang semakin meningkat menuntut adanya penambahan infrastuktur, diantaranya adalah fasilitas jalan raya. Pelepah abu pisang merupakan polimer alam dapat dijadikan alternatif bahan pengisi (filler) pada aspal. Pertimbangan penggunaan pelepah abu pisang ini dikarenakan mudah didapatkan dan dapat mengurangi limbah pelepah pisang dan menjadi bahan yang bermanfaat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : 1) Bagaimana pengaruh penambahan kadar filler pelepah abu pisang pada aspal AC-WC. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil stabilitas aspal dengan menggunakan alat tes Uji Marshall beserta nilai KA0 (Kadar Aspal Optimum) dari penggunaan pelepah abu pisang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental yang dilakukan di Laboratorium dengan variasi kadar aspal rencana 4,5%; 5%; 5,5%; 6%; 6.5%; 7%. Sampel yang digunakan masing-masing 3 buah pada setiap variasi kadar aspal renacana. Dari campuran aspal AC-WC dengan filler 2 % mempunyai nilai stabilitas sebesar 1051 kg dan filler 4% sebesar 1022 kg. Dan di dapat Kadar Aspal Optimum sebesar 6,10 % untuk kadar filler 4 % dan 6,04 % pada kadar filler 2 %, nilai Density, Stabilitas, Flow dan MQ meningkat lebih besar pada campuran filler 2% dan pada campuran kadar filler 4 % terjadi penurunan. Jadi dapat di simpulkan bahwa semakin besar penambahan filler pelepah abu pisang, maka nilai Stabilitas akan menurun dan sebaliknya nilai Flow akan meningkat. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The increasing development demands additional infrastructure, including road facilities. Banana ash fronds are natural polymers that can be used as an alternative filler in asphalt. The consideration of using banana ash stalk is because it is easy to obtain and can reduce banana frond waste and become a useful material. This study aims to analyze: 1) How is the effect of adding banana ash filler content to the AC-WC asphalt. 2) To find out the results of the stability of the asphalt using the Marshall Test and the value of KA0 (Optimum Asphalt Content) from the use of banana ash midribs. This study used an experimental method which was carried out in the laboratory with a variation of the asphalt content plan 4.5%; 5%; 5.5%; 6%; 6.5%; 7%. Three samples were used for each variation of the asphalt content of the plan. From the AC-WC asphalt mixture with filler 2% has a stability value of 1051 kg and filler 4% of 1022 kg. And in obtaining Optimum Asphalt Levels of 6.10% for filler levels 4% and 6.04% at 2% filler levels, the values of Density, Stability, Flow and MQ increased greater in 2% filler mixtures and 4% filler content mixtures there was a decrease. So it can be concluded that the greater the addition of banana ash filler, the Stability value will decrease and vice versa the Flow value will increase. | en_US |
