dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan fisik dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen Bina Swalayan Setia Budi Medan. Populasi ini bersifat relative dan diperkirakan 2.000 konsumen melakukan pembelian setiap minggunya, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 333 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengelolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22,0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolahan data yang menggunakan uji statistik diperoleh model regresi penelitian yaitu Y = 1,085 + 0,445X1 + 0,313X2 + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan lingkungan fisik dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli. Kesimpulannya peningkatan minat beli Bina Swalayan Setia Budi Medan dapat dicapai melalui peningkatan lingkungan fisik dan kualitas pelayanan . | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to identify and explain the influence of Servicecape and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest in Bina Swalayan Setia Budi Medan. This population is relative and the estimated 2.000 consumers make purchases every week. While the sampling technique in this study uses a Accidental Sampling method with a total sample of 333 people. Data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. Data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression models and testing the hypothesis of the t test and the coefficient of determination before the data has been test using validity, reliability and classic assumptions test. Data management using SPSS 22.0 for windows. Based on the result of data management using statistical, the research regression model is obtained Y = 1,085 + 0,445X1 + 0,313X2 + e. the results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of Serviscape and Service Quality on Consumen Purchase interest. Conclusion increase in buying interest of Bina Swalayan Setia Budi Medan could be achieved through improved Serviscape and Service Quality. | en_US |
