dc.descriptionMenurut Imam Al-Jurjani dalam kitab Ta’rifat, bahwa yang dimaksud dengan risywah atau sogok menyogok adalah pemberian yang bertujuan membatalkan yang benar, dan memenangkan atau menguatkan yang salah. Awalnya di zaman Rasulullah Saw. orang-orang kaya di kalangan Yahudi selalu memenangkan perkara di dalam pengadilan, di hadapan hakim. Karena orang-orang kaya ini selalu menyogok hakimnya agar ia memenangkan perkara tersebut.Ketika hal ini disampaikan kepada Rasulullah, maka beliau mengatakan, “Bagaimana Allah mengijabah do’anya, sementara makanan, minuman, dan pakaiannya pernah berasal dari yang haram.” Ketiga, merusak amal shaleh. Bisa saja orang yang melakukan sogok menyogok ini shalat, puasa, bahkan haji. Tapi apapun yang dilakukannya itu sia-sia belaka, tidak ada nilainya di sisi Allah Swt.en_US

When this was conveyed to the Messenger of Allah, he said, "How does Allah offer his prayers, while his food, drink, and clothes have come from the haram." Third, destroy pious deeds. It could be that the person who bribes this bribe is praying, fasting, even Hajj. But whatever he did was pointless, of no value in side of Allah SWT.en_US
